Girl, Interrupted

When the extraordinary composer, conductor and pianist Ludwig van Beethoven German trifle composed for piano solo "For Elisa "was dedicated to a great love. In composition we find the intense passion that emerges, but also find light touch melancholy that may well have a broad and controversial meanings. When the credits start of this film starting with this piece, as well as enjoy its beauty, you can also appreciate certain nuances sad. Nuances throughout the film will take on its full meaning and that fit perfectly with a difficult history, bitter and with few loopholes to search for answers.

Shot in Catalan, "Elisa K" the first thing to note is its unique narrative approach. With a continuous voiceover (reminiscent at times to "Amelie" but in a different tone) beautiful black and white drawings (first part) and careful direction of actors complexion denotes strict dramatic, the film runs from the start on a level of false simplicity that allows an austere follow that far from boring maintains a constant interest thanks to a simple but effective devices. The narration does not bother, accompanying a story in a precise moment acquires the tone needed to develop with the intensity it deserves, and looking for alternatives and variations to a sad story that struggles with an emphasis on finding a way redemptive salvation necessary.

Elisa is an innocent and shy girl of eleven years. Your life will be marked by a particular event will not occur until fourteen years later, when he tells his mother by phone: "Help me, I just remembered a horrible thing."

All good tone that seems to show the movie from the beginning and throughout that part in black and white seems to be diluted when making color screen and the characters have matured. So while the story continues with the same interest we have the feeling of having lost a little bit of magic that captivated us in the beginning.

Still, "Elisa K" finishes running. Finally a movie is meant as more than acceptable, original and at times leave us with a strange sense of sadness that allow room for leisurely reflection and inert contemplation of both the event and the social context and family in general. Film

take into account that shows a film without complex side, with few commercial licenses and finding a balance between formal beauty and complex history. The task is not simple, and very few filmmakers (with Haneke's masterpiece "The White Ribbon" no doubt) are successful. "Elisa K" stays at the door by several factors, pro leaves a pleasant feeling of good movies and best intentions.

Meager "robotlución"

"Astroboy" is an anime character, created by manga author Osamu Terzuka highly respected author among other works of "Buddha" or Phoenix. " Regardless of whether the film adaptation is more or less successful, an external evaluation as a simple animated film gives us a strange feeling, very close to the brief entertainment rather than a strong work outstanding.

And is that "Astroboy" played with many of the elements that work in animation, but wear them so that they are too trite and a fairly low degree of surprise, which makes the film in a succession of pleasant moments but without in any way to achieve any bar fairly high .

Unquestionably, however, that the technical quality without being dazzled, it turns the movie into a mildly interesting product in this regard. The colorful, recreation and resiliency of the characters are on par with any contemporary work of the same style, and this is where it acquires its greater acceptance and purity.

The story line is taking shape as you go attractive and its preparation is quite acceptable without incurring specific errors, but it is cast miss that humor is both to characterize these films today, who having, is with a dropper and sometimes too simple. Nor do we find moments of high emotion to get to move at any time, and everything leads to something purely trivial and too traditional approach in almost all the narratives. Curious is

meet Nicolas Cage in the role of Dr. Tenma, such as in "Kick Ass", a successful vocal performance major character next to his son. Ignoring

comparisons would be odious than ever (especially if we mention to Pixar), the film moves on the level of pure entertainment, which is not all positive given the high level that is offering the animated film at the moment and that makes it one of the most interesting genres and much more aspiration than liven up a meeting. Little

novelty in almost every aspect, but in any case a film entertaining and comfortable viewing.

Can You Put Benzocaine On Your Dick?

Astroboy From Buried (Buried)

But ... what is this?

Very simple: a film about a man who appears put in a wooden box.

But .... You can do a movie just with that?
view is.

But .... You can thus maintain the viewer's attention for ninety-five minutes?
can. But this requires a range of skills, rabbit hat, and imagination that we referred to a single aspect: talent.

talent who has shown the young director Rodrigo Cortés ("Contest") with his second feature. And guts. A lot of guts to believe in a project are clearly incompatible with the conventional film and maintain the confidence and security until the last moment without losing any character or or authenticity.

When Cortes landed in the hands of the extraordinary script signed by Chris Sparling had the certainty that something important was at hand. And in turn had the absolute conviction that this film could only shoot in a box, without any external. And hit squarely. It is difficult, once seen "Buried" imagine otherwise. With more trade concessions or some respite passenger had completely destroyed by weather, real architect to make the film work. It's "Buried" as is, and I venture to predict that it will arouse much interest throughout the year.

With just one actor, the choice seemed decisive and at the same time complicated, but Cortez was clear a name despite the long odds to get it: Ryan Reynolds. A versatile actor, with an option for a multitude of varieties and a key feature to address this complicated part: the ability to transmit. Reynolds's work is extraordinary and can smoothly navigate the roads of anxiety, fear, hope, despair, and of course the excitement.

could be found many references (the closest that many people think is "Kill Bill") on the concept and the situation, including the teacher Hitchcock, but probably a discreet distance in this area will enjoy a more innovative and original film, and the ingredients needed to make a difference of sentiments awaken all helped greatly by the ability has the movie star make the viewer through a stuffy atmosphere and light with few options. An intense dialogue with darkness, silence and uncertainty bit longer.

"Buried" is a real breath of fresh air (a paradox) in the international film scene. A film that combines emotion, intensity and suspense, but similarly contains elements of social criticism, political and in some ways a small and unobtrusive complaint to direct blame globalization as a new loneliness.

"Buried" is an experience.

But ... this movie is recommended? Alla
you.

German Shorthaired Pointer Mix Lab Weimaraner

Review: Lope

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5DjAYPiA_vVDi0RGsL2VLOOlVSaETyAHz2AB0aWcrebOOU3Ocyoh7BH7v5Wa1occQx_S83B_BxmbQ0vZZuWGokc0MaKUvd9cSxoi0Tp2vJeXgKK7zWhWw178Az836XEQUIRcOR-lr2xb-/s1600/3.png

Armas, passionate love letters and

is no doubt that the life of the great playwright Lope de Vega Madrid is exciting although little is known about it. The "Phoenix of the mills and freak of nature" led a life almost as passionate as the characters in his works and his amorous adventures could not be absent for long from the big screen.

Yet today undertake the project of a period film without much action and few commercial licenses requires an excess of courage on the basis of the riskiness of the company and little prospect of a hypothetical mass audience. To have certain guarantees, this time it has had a stellar cast and its once-promising and the presence of a Brazilian director no longer surprise given its limited experience of film in our country. So we are risky elements on one side and the other safe bets for a challenging film, hard battle.

The result seems at least interesting. Anything that should be asked this kind of films and meets note (setting, costume, music, classic drama) must be added contemporary air acquires the film without losing any aroma classic novel time. No doubt the writers Jordi Gasull, Ignacio del Moral and Juan Vicente Riuve have had much to do with it, and have achieved a fluid language, and readily identifiable with the sixteenth century without forgetting the necessary and intimate connection and accurate dialogue that must exist between characters and audience. An original and radiant common point is evident in several scenes of the film. The passion of love as the main mechanism in which to move the windmill blades launches to the sound of the time he has lived, and differs very little from later periods. Neither the viewer little bookish be disappointed with the adventure, not the greatest admirer of Lope de Vega was embarrassed with film projection. Balance wise and clever.

The Brazilian director Andrucha Waddington has wisely taken advantage of everything he has put in his hand, and as if it were a romantic canvas to nuance and fluidity combined with strokes to achieve all quite acceptable and at times very plausible.

No interpretation shine too much, not even the protagonist Alberto Ammann ("partner" of the recent Malamadre "Cell 211") which enters so meritorious in the skin of Lope de Vega leaving a pair of solemn scenes worth mentioning. Nor Leonor Watling and Pilar López de Ayala get the majesty of the past, but generally all provide the safety, soundness and more necessary to get a show believable characters and humanitarian trait necessary to avoid ever losing the intensity of the narrative. A missed Luis Tosar and unwise written character Miguel Angel Muñoz outstanding lines closed a deal quite acceptable and supported by the strength that always provide excellent Juan Diego. Drama

tinged romantic period of some interest. Weapons, and letters love united under the leadership of a great writer. The gift of speech in the service of fans and admirers.

Lope, in the flesh, to the delight of anyone who wants to bring a chapter of his life.
